The “Driftwood” needles are made of smooth, hard laminated birch with a beautiful grayish finish that varies with the wood grain. The tips have a short taper with a blunted point.

The black metal end caps have the sizes etched into them, not printed, and a smooth join to the cables. The black plastic cords are smooth and flexible.
